The reported visit and an order of chashu ramen

Shukan Josei PRIME’s article dated May 6, 2015 reports that Jackie ordered chashu ramen at the restaurant. It says the dish was not on the menu at the time, but does not give the date of his visit. Source: Shukan Josei PRIME

It is unclear whether the same order can still be placed. Don't assume that just because it's written in the article, they'll prepare it for you, instead look at the menu for that day and make your selection. Even if you don't order something special, you can still enjoy eating at the same restaurant.

Focus not only on noodles but also on dim sum and a la carte dishes

Hitosara’s restaurant listing includes xiaolongbao, chicken in a spicy sauce, boiled dumplings and hot-and-sour noodle soup. It describes a restaurant serving Chinese cuisine, including Cantonese dishes, so there are ways to plan a meal beyond a single bowl of noodles. Source: Hitosara

Dining alone? Consider a noodle dish that appeals to you. With companions, discuss how much everyone would like to eat before adding other dishes. The suggestion here is to choose according to your group size and appetite that day. Use the photographs in the restaurant listing to help consider the menu, and check availability when you visit.

Make a stop in Edogawabashi for a meal

According to the store information, it is a 1-minute walk from Exit 2 of Edogawabashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line. The location is 1-10-11 Sekiguchi, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. Source: Hitosara store information

There may be days when you look for a meal while visiting tourist attractions, or there may be days when you decide on the restaurant you want to eat first and then choose a station. Using this restaurant as an opportunity to see areas that you haven't included in your regular itinerary is a good idea.

Please check the map for travel times and transfers based on your accommodation and schedule for the day. The detours suggested in this article do not represent Jackie's own travel route.

Things to check before visiting

The prices and business hours reported in past visit reports are different from the current information. Check out the latest menu offerings and decide what you want to eat.

Also, if you can't eat a particular dish, don't judge by the name of the dish, just ask the restaurant. This article does not check the allergens of individual dishes or the shared use of cooking utensils.
